2. Generations of Faith (GOF) -- Crosses
The Cross -- a Symbol of Lent After studying the Generations of Faith video, The Paschal Mystery, parishioners submitted photos of their favorite crosses. The photo collage below represents
four crosses made by Paul Billion (one at the time of his marriage to Doris 57 years ago)
one made by Deacon Al Hogrebe
another designed and made by a favorite grandchild
one purchased in Uganda
another purchased in Nigeria
one is the much-loved processional cross from St. Alexander Church
another a St. Francis at San Damiano cross received while on retreat
another a Jerusalem cross.
All are beloved by the parishioners who submitted the photos. May the cross in your home be a visual reminder for you of this Lenten season.
