The Eucharist: In the Warmth of His Presence
Generations of Faith 2023/24 Pope Francis: “For in the warmth of His presence, our lives change.” (June 19, 2022)
There is a beautiful statement attributed to St. Augustine that says: “The one who sings prays twice”. Sung prayer expresses the joy of the heart, the happiness resulting from one who has encountered Jesus Christ and experienced his love.
This coming SundayMarch 3rd after the 11 am Mass, the adults will “pray twice”, as we sing Eucharistic hymns and delve into the meaning of the words and the feel of the melody. Primary and Middle School students will continue with the Joy of the Mass as they reflect on how Jesus, the Light of the World, wants us all to go out and help others (the Concluding Rites of the Mass). Youth will study the Fruits of Communion and prepare for their skit.
Register onlineASAP using the button below so we print enough handouts (words to the hymns), set up the right number of chairs in the Rainbow Room, and order plenty of food.
The Lenten Reconciliation Service, with individual confessions, will be on Saturday, March 23rd, 10:30am to 11:30am. It will be in church at Corpus Christi.

Eucharistic Adoration
One of the greatest treasures of the Catholic faith is the Eucharist. Ever since the Last Supper, the Catholic Church has believed that the Eucharist is truly the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ. You are invited to come and spend time in adoration with Jesus at Corpus Christi as we begin to offer these new time slots for adoration. Ideally, we will have two people in the church before Jesus whenever adoration happens. On our parish website you will see two slots for each time. Please know that if the slot is filled there will still be plenty of room in church for you!
