SIGN UP FOR THEHOLY THURSDAY COMMUNAL MEAL
WE WILL GATHER IN THE SCHOOL GYM AT 5:45 PM. THE MEAL AND PRAYER WILL BEGIN AT 6 PM. THE MEAL WILL BE FOLLOWED AT 7:30 PM BY THE HOLY THURSDAY MASS IN THE CHURCH. THE CHURCH WILL PROVIDE LAMB, RICE, MATZOH, WINE, JUICE, WATER, COFFEE, AND TEA.
WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR CHOICE OF: SALAD, PASTA, VEGETABLE, POTATOES, FRUIT OR DESSERTS TO SERVE 8. PLEASE USE A DISPOSABLE CONTAINER. A FREE WILL OFFERING WILL BE COLLECTED TO HELP DEFRAY THE COST OF THE MEAL. ANY OVERAGE WILL BE DONATED TO THE CORPUS CHRISTI FOOD PANTRY.

2. Easter Sunday Gifts for our Children
The Corpus Christi Parish Evangelical Charity Commission, in conjunction with the Little Free Library (sponsored by the Northwest Detroit Youth Coalition, NWDYC), is PLEASED to be giving out Easter Baskets AND Books on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024!!!
The Ladies of St. Peter Claver Court 247 will also be handing out their annual Easter Bags. This will be a festive event as we welcome the Risen Lord in our midst.
The Easter Basket and Book giveaway will be after both the 9:00am and 11:00am Masses in the Rainbow Room and we hope to see you there!!!

Eucharistic Adoration
One of the greatest treasures of the Catholic faith is the Eucharist. Ever since the Last Supper, the Catholic Church has believed that the Eucharist is truly the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ. You are invited to come and spend time in adoration with Jesus at Corpus Christi as we begin to offer these new time slots for adoration. Ideally, we will have two people in the church before Jesus whenever adoration happens. On our parish website you will see two slots for each time. Please know that if the slot is filled there will still be plenty of room in church for you!
