Take 15 minutes each day to practice hearing, receiving revelation/ divine communication from Sacred Scriptures. How?
Reading … thinking … seeing … feeling … hearing.
Go to prayer. Pick up your Bible. Seek to hear the voice of Jesus. Claim that promise: “I hear the voice of Jesus.”
Spend 15 minutes daily and
practice listening to the voice of Jesus.Sleep in!
And, still help the parish!
New starting time: noon!
Help grassroots ministry do a neighborhood “Spring Cleanup” on Saturday, May 21st. The day includes Planting, Music, Games and Ice Cream! We will be working cooperatively with the O’Hair Park community members. A generous sponsor has picked up the cost of the $10 registration fee!
Teens (8th graders and up), young adults and even older adults, come help beautify the community, while having fun and fellowship from noon to 3:45 pm. You'll be welcome to attend Corpus Christi’s 4:00pm Mass. Start off by meeting in the Corpus Christi Rainbow Room at noon.
Parents! Encourage your young people to sign up.
We are looking for adults to manage work sites as well.

Help the Folks in Haiti
Please consider aiding those in Haiti by attending a fundraising dinner at St. Blase Catholic Church in Sterling Heights this coming Saturday. The funds raised will be used to support the Haiti Outreach Mission, HOM. Members of our parish and several other parishes have visited Haiti as part of the HOM which provides medical care, food and construction assistance to some of the poorest portions of Haiti.
St. Blase Parish, Sterling Heights and the Knights of Columbus Council 6865 Pope John Paul I are sponsoring:
Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser for HOM
May 14th 2022 at St. Blase Social Center, starting after the 4:00PM Mass
(St. Blase, 12151 15 Mile Road, is on the north side of 15 Mile Road, east of Van Dyke Ave. and west of Schoenherr Rd.)

Cost: Free Will Offerings
