On May 16th they welcomed two Encounter Ministry guests, Victoria and her adult son, Michael, who joined Fr. Patrick in SFE at Apollo … and they did a splendid job of praying for and with their customers! Fr. Patrick’s prayers over a young man’s hand relieved his hand pains!
The crew at Foodland had their best results with 33 listings of people who accepted their prayers.
Another team of two did VON (Visiting Our Neighbors).
Three crews – Unleash the Gospel!
They will not be doing the evangelization efforts on Tuesday, May 30th since so many people will be away from home due to the Memorial Day holiday celebrations.

The Wisdom of a Saint
“When a man loves a woman,
he has to become worthy of her.
The higher her virtue, the more noble her character,
the more devoted she is to truth, justice, goodness,
the more a man has to aspire for be worthy of her.
The history of civilization could actually be written
in terms of the level of its women.
Blessed Fulton Sheen

Eucharistic Adoration
The Eucharist is being exposed on the altar in church on the following schedule: Tuesdays: 6:00pm – 8:30pm [Note: that’s a usual time for our neighborhood Evangelization efforts so prayer support is appreciated!]
Thursdays: 9:15am – 12:15pm [Note: Holy Hour for Priestly Vocations from 9:15am – 10:15am]
One of the greatest treasures of the Catholic faith is the Eucharist. Ever since the Last Supper, the Catholic Church has believed that the Eucharist is truly the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ. You are invited to come and spend time in adoration with Jesus at Corpus Christi as we begin to offer these new time slots for adoration. Ideally, we will have two people in the church before Jesus whenever adoration happens. On our parish website you will see two slots for each time. Please know that if the slot is filled there will still be plenty of room in church for you!
You can go directly to the adoration sign-up by clicking on the following button:
