3. Temporary Food Pantry Request – THANK YOU!
Instead of bringing canned goods to the wishing well, please consider purchasing a gift card in any denomination from local grocery stores, such as Meijer and Kroger, and placing them in the offertory basket during the collection.
Also, as we are entering the season of giving, please consider making a financial donation to support the great works that we do in Christian Service here at Corpus Christi by writing a check to Corpus Christi Parish and adding “Christian Service” on the memo line.
God Bless You!

4. Thanksgiving Day Mass
As the United States prepares to celebrate Thanksgiving next week, we invite you to begin your day in thanksgiving to God for His many blessings. Thanksgiving Mass on Thursday, November 25th at 9 am.
5. This Week’s Fr. Patrick Holy Homework
This week, try to make a gratitude list every day, listing off 10 blessings from God that you are grateful for in your life. Staying grateful to God helps us stay aware of God’s presence and confident that, as beloved sons and daughters of God, we are certain of an eternal future full of joy and hope in God’s presence.
6. This Week’s Evangelization Suggestions
Thanksgiving Day dinner suggestion: While the family and friends are eating Thanksgiving dinner ask everyone to think of what makes them thankful this year. Then ask each of them to pray: “Lord, I thank you for … (name their reason for thankfulness).”
C. Reminders & Updates!
7. Renewal of the Mind: Fr. Patrick’s 60-second daily videos and 30-minute weekly Radio Broadcasts Fr. Patrick’s daily video draws guidance for the day from the Mass Scriptures of the day. The message is there … 60 seconds …POW! The newer item is the 30-minute weekly audio broadcast. It can be reached at any time of day or night, any day of the week.
You are invited to attend two of Jesus’ healings. Others present include Jesus, his disciples, a leper, a paralytic and his friends, Scribes, and other folks interested in the teachings of Jesus. Attend in the comfort of your home whenever you wish! The video of the healings is an excerpt from The Chosen, a popular multi-season series about the life of Christ from the perspective of those who interacted with Him.
A table discussion, filmed at Corpus Christi, follows the video. This month’s panelists are Kate Davis, Elaine O’Neill, Holly Patterson, Michael Sands, and Vivian Spence. We wonder: What qualities of Jesus are evident in these stories? What can we do to bring people to Jesus? What miracles (large or small) have you experienced in your life? What needs for healing do you want to bring to Jesus…healing for you, for others, for our world?
Click on the button below to find the Session Two links to the video, to a handout to print for information and reflection (or see the back page of last Sunday’s bulletin), and to the closing hymn Every Day God.
