Opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation
at Corpus Christi Parish
Penance Service with individual confession:
Friday evening, December 17 at 7 pm
Penance Service with individual confession for Children:
Saturday, December 18 at 10:30 am
Adults are welcome to receive the Sacrament after the children.
Individual Confessions:
Saturday, December 18 from 1- 3:45 pm
Altar Server Training
Altar server training will take place this Saturday, Dec. 18, at 5:15 p.m. in the church. Any Parish youths who have made their first communion are eligible to train to be an altar server. High school students are most welcome as well! Those 18 and older interested in serving will be given the opportunity to train as a liturgical assistant at another time.

Children’s Christmas Pageant
We are inviting children who wish to participate in a Christmas Nativity play or join the youth choir on Friday, December 24, at the 4:00 p.m. Mass, to register on Sign Up Genius with the link below.

As this incredible season of Advent continues and we prayerfully await the coming of Jesus, the Corpus Christi Parish Christian Service Commission and Social Justice Committee wants to THANK EACH OF YOU for your support of gift cards and/or financial donations that will directly assist many families in need throughout the Holidays!!!
This coming weekend (December 18th and 19th) is the last chance to turn in your gift cards by placing them in the baskets during the offertory collection.

This Week’s Fr. Patrick Holy Homework
Take week, try to memorize Philippians 4:4-7 (the second reading from last weekend’s liturgy); it is chock-full of amazing wisdom about being mindful of God’s presence, experiencing the joy that comes from being in God’s presence and how to deal with anxious concerns/anxiety, mindful of God’s presence as well.
